We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Relief Night Porter to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of service during the night hours.

**Job Description**:
As a Relief Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of our guests during the night. You will handle various tasks, from assisting with late check-ins to addressing guest inquiries and ensuring the hotel remains in top condition throughout the night.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist late-arriving guests with check-in and check-out processes.

Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

Conduct regular security checks and ensure all areas of the hotel are secure.

Handle minor maintenance issues and report major repairs to the maintenance team.

Assist with setting up for early morning events or breakfast service as needed.

Ensure public areas are clean and tidy.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment for guests.

Address any issues or emergencies that arise during the night, following hotel protocols.

Assist with luggage handling and transportation for guests.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a night shift position, is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of hotel operations and guest services.

Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting luggage and conducting security rounds.

Flexibility to work various night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

A valid driver's license may be required, depending on hotel location and duties.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
