The firm have recovered a record amount of compensation for its clients via the FSCS. They have further expanded their offering and are looking to recruit a Dispute Resolution solicitor for continued growth at their West Sussex office.**The firm have an excellent reputation in their field and continue to expand into broader areas of litigation including professional negligence, leasehold law disputes, financial mis-selling, clinical negligence, regulatory and personal injury. In order to maintaincurrent business levels and grow further the team require an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor (or CILEx equivalent) to take the lead in acting on the new matters they have coming in and continue to provide support on existing casework.
The firm are based in West Sussex with the office easily accessible from the outer reaches of West Sussex/Hampshire or Brighton/Hove with hybrod or remote working.
The work you will be undertaking involves a variety claims for mis-selling of various investments, including advice over property investments, off plan developments and foreign exchange investments and more recently professional negligence claims concerningleasehold property. You should ideally have a background in civil litigation, preferably with some experience in professional negligence work and at least 3/4years' PQE. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to step into. You will workhand in hand with the Senior Solicitor at the firm and closely with the firms Directors also. This is a very close knit team who are very focused on growing business further and so the position represents quite a unique opportunity that you would not findin a traditional law firm set up. Your input will have great influence on the continued success and future growth of the business and this is a key hire for the firm.
