**This firm has an excellent reputation in their practice area, and has recovered a record amount of compensation for its clients via the FSCS. They are expanding and seeking to recruit an additional litigator to join their team on the West Sussex Coast.**
My client is a firm with an excellent reputation in their field and deal with disputes relating to investment, off plan developments, foreign exchange investments and developing their Insolvency related practice.
The work you will be undertaking involves claims for mis-selling investments, including advice over property investments and other disputes.
Ideally, you will have a background in civil litigation, preferably with some experience in professional negligence work and at least 5 years' PQE. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to step into a senior position with exceptional businessdevelopment support and chance to focus on casework.
Salary is dependant on experience, and there is a competitive benefits package on offer witrh potential for hybrod or remote working.
