On behalf of our client, a reputable law firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its growing Dispute Resolution Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled lawyer to handle a varied and stimulating caseload, working under the guidance of senior members of the team, including the Director and Head of Dispute Resolution.Considering making an application for this job Check all the details in this job description, and then click on Apply.The department undertakes a broad spectrum of work encompassing commercial litigation, property and construction disputes, contentious trusts and probate, and commercial property litigation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a specialism in one or more of these areas while contributing to the continued growth of the team.This is a full-time, permanent position based at the firm’s Kingsbridge office, with flexibility to work remotely.Experience and Expertise requiredApplications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives with approximately five or more years of post-qualification experience (or equivalent).
