**JOB - Machine Setter**
**LOCATION- West Sussex**
**TERM- Permanent**
**SHIFT PATTERN - 4 on 4 off, 6.00am - 6.00pm**
**SALARY- £27,000 - £29,000 per annum**
My client works within the Manufacturing sector and they are looking for a Machine Setter to join their team in the West Sussex area on a permanent basis.
**The Machine Setter will ideally have the following attributes**:

- Time Served Apprenticeship in Engineering / Manufacturing
- Have experience machining and manufacturing - set up and adjustment
- Experience working with automated machinery would be beneficial
- Be able to read from engineering drawings
- Be able to work well alone as well as part of a team

**The Machine Setter role will involve**:

- Working on bespoke automated manufacturing machinery
- Setting up and operating production lines
- Working to specifications
- Improving machinery performance
- Inspecting components as required
- Adhering to company H&S requirements
- Have a flexible approach to work
