Join us as an **Employee Relations Advisor** and become a key player in shaping how we support, manage, and empower our workforce.

**Why this role?**

This is your chance to make a real impact. You’ll provide expert ER advice, manage complex employee relations cases, and work directly with senior leaders across the business — all while ensuring compliance and best practice.

- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and stakeholders on all people-related matters
- Proactively reduce ER risks by partnering with employment law experts and insurers
- Champion policy development, legislative compliance, and employee wellbeing
- Support TUPE and consultation processes where required
- Deliver timely HR data, insight, and reporting
- Help build manager confidence and capability in handling ER issues

**What we’re looking for**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in an Employee Relations or similar HR role
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience (Level 5 training fully funded if not already qualified)
- Strong communicator with a sharp eye for detail and a calm approach under pressure
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
- TUPE/Consultation experience a bonus

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Tech-savvy: confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Great at building relationships and influencing others
- Discreet, empathetic, and highly professional
- Resilient, assertive, and solutions-focused
