Health and Safety Systems Co-ordinator
- To support the management of the health and safety management system (HSMS) and its contents to ensure that the company remains legally compliant and that all staff and other stakeholders have access to industry best practice and guidance.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of a legally compliant HSMS across all aspects of the business.
- Coordinate meetings and other forums with management and other stakeholders, capturing, incorporating and implementing improvements in to the HSMS.
- Support the progression of the programme of internal and independent audits and reviews to ensure that the HSMS is maintained legally compliant and continues to reflect the company's operations and risk profile.
- Maintain records and reports, take meeting minutes, and manage the close-out of all actions against audit plans.
- Work with other stakeholders to communicate and implement changes
- Liaise with the Policy & Standards department, to ensure accurate and timely updates to the HSMS.
- Ensure that changes to the HSMS are incorporated in all training and communication materials.
- Support the external certification of the HSMS in line with ISO 45001.
- Deputise for the Systems & Assurance Manager as required

This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid approach to working. This role will require some travel to other sites as required, however main office base will be Durrington.
