**About this role**:
This is an exciting new position in the Brand team, perfect for a budding brand marketer who is passionate about community experiences & brand marketing, at the early stage of their career.

As our Brand & CommuniTEA Co-ordinator, you’ll be responsible for helping to bring our brand activities to life, reporting into our Brand Marketing Manager. Customers are at the heart of our brand, and so a major part of this role will be to interact with our various customer communities across digital channels and the real world, to help create moments of surprise & delight and to bring customer insights to our planning.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a busy, highly creative brand team providing support across a number of channels including closed community groups, organic social channels, influencer, PR, and B2B.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Converse with top fans on our closed community group to get their insights, stimulate conversation and help drive hype and engagement for our brand activities, campaigns & product launches.
- Deliver vital community management & engagement on organic social channels, and engaging/responding to comments and posts to help create an above-and-beyond social experience.
- You will support digital community live events by acting as a moderator for live streams & shopping events.
- Identify great stories coming out of our community channels and ensure these are brought to life across our channels by sharing UGC, quotes and inspiration with the team.
- Supporting our influencer activities through administrative support, outreach & organising send outs.
- Supporting PR through administrative support, supplying images and processing product & sample requests
