**Logistic Coordinator - Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (office-based)**

**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Be a key point of contact for international trade customers and external suppliers.
- Monitor inventory and check stock levels of imported and manufactured products.
- Analysing sales to DC's
- Manage and coordinate all logistics of imported and exported products.
- Work cross-functionally between procurement, manufacturing, and warehousing teams.
- Produce export documentation commercial invoices, and preferential trade certificates.
- Build and maintain relationships with 3rd party providers and our international customer base.
- Process export customs clearances.
- Proactively work to continually improve the role and develop efficiencies where possible.
- Organise transport and delivery of international consignments.

**Experience**:

- Must be resilient and adaptable to change.
- A lateral thinker and solution finder.
- Have a meticulous eye for detail.
- Has to be organized
- Good communicator and confident working cross-functionally.
- Amazon experience preferred but not essential

Pay: £29,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
