Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the booking of import and export trailers, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination with carriers and suppliers.

Oversee and maintain relationships with two key customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for their import and export logistics needs.

Coordinate and track estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) for import and export shipments, providing timely updates to internal stakeholders and customers.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of import and export documentation, including customs declarations and shipping manifests.

Collaborate with internal departments such as operations, customer service, and finance to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to import and export activities.

Stay informed about import and export regulations, tariffs, and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in import and export administration or logistics coordination preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Familiarity with logistics software or systems is a plus.

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while also functioning effectively as part of a team.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
