Our customers range from Adult Gaming Centres (AGC’s), Bingo Halls, Family Entertainment Centres (FEC’s), Holiday Parks, Motorway Services and Public Houses. In response to growing customer demand we have two exciting opportunities for a talented, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Newark.
**Main duties and responsibilities include: -**
- The responsibility of the role includes day-to-day activities to ensure that sales, goods movement and logistics processes and functions run smoothly. The role requires exceptional organisational, time management and project tracking abilities, as well as strong communication skills.
- Maintaining and analysing the relevant daily and monthly reports within Excel and ensuring reconciliation processes are completed. You will use your advanced Excel skills and will be used to producing multiple reports and will be familiar with cost analysis.
- Working closely with team members, you will efficiently manage your own individual tasks whilst also supporting the overall team workload.
- Excellent attention to detail is essential and you must be process driven, with the ability to analyse information and provide workable, logical solutions. Cost analysis experience is desirable.
- Intermediate to Advanced level Excel, is essential as you will be required to analyse data contained within spreadsheets.
- Experience of the accurate processing of orders with a good understanding of stock movement and control.
- Knowledge of both SAP and Salesforce CRM is desirable along with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure whilst meeting set deadlines and maintaining accuracy at all times.
- Excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability and desire to go ‘above and beyond’ to promote customer excellence.
- Commitment a strong work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude is essential.
- Flexibility and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
