We are working exclusively with a leading business based in central Bristol who are seeking a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join their growing Service Desk Team. Carrying out internal support to around 800 users this role will focus on 1st line supportwith some 2nd line exposure too. Fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a Service Desk role who is looking for the opportunity to fast track their IT career.
What will you be doing as a Senior Service Desk Analyst?
- Respond and resolve incidents and service requests raised by users in line with SLA's.
- Maintain tickets within the IT Service Management tool and keep end users regularly updated
- Take responsibility for flagging high priority calls and escalating when required
- Ensure that assets are tracked and the asset management policy is followed
- Develop relationships and build a rapport with colleagues and stakeholders
- 'Be a Team Player' and provide support and guidance to other team members
- Document processes and contribute to the knowledgebase of the team to enhance continuous professional development

What Experience do you need as a Senior Service Desk Analyst?
- You will have at least 2 years experience working in an IT support role ideally within a Service Desk environment carrying out 1st line support.
- Exceptional customer service desk skills, both written and verbal
- Windows 10 set-up, configuration, troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Microsoft Office and third party plug-ins
- Active Directory administration and Azure AD
- Windows Server 2016, 2019
- Microsoft SCCM and Intune
- Web and E-mail security products
- Antivirus software
- ITIL processes
The role is based in Bristol and is commutable from Bath, Weston-Super-Mare, Yate, Thornbury, Chippenham, Stroud, Gloucester.
