Avantix are looking for a resilient and ambitious Business Analyst to join their growing team.

Your main tasks will include identifying business opportunities, supporting new and existing clients, and supporting the Transformation Practitioners in their roles.
You will be supporting on the delivery of team activities on client contracts, striving to deliver quality products while adhering to time constraints, and using your initiative to bridge any gaps in the processes you are working on.

**About you**:
You are hands-on in your approach, are looking for that next step to really polish off your skills and are striving towards bettering your work performance.

You enjoy tackling business problems head-on and reducing friction within companies to create better work environments.
You are comfortable being client-facing, both remotely and in person.

You will be comfortable working in a hybrid pattern at a client site based in Filton, Bristol and along the M4/M5 corridor.

**The Clients**
Avantix works with public and private organisations that are based all across the UK. Because of the type of client, you will need to be eligible for appropriate UK security clearance. You will also need to have the ability to travel for meetings with thoseclients.

**What Avantix needs from you**:
Experience in a similar role.
Experience in an engineering development and public service design delivery environment.
A background of participating within high performing teams.
Confidence in using and analysing relevant data.

?This role is offering a salary range of £50,000-£60,000 per annum, private medical insurance, a company pension scheme, and 30 days annual leave.?
