**Senior Conference Producer - Membership**

**London office (City) - Hybrid working 3 days office / 2 days home**

**Base salary up to
- 45K + Bonus approx.
- 10K
- 15K (with scope to be higher)**

The Senior Conference Producer will be responsible for the design and delivery of market leading agendas, speaker recruitment and ensure the right session formats and on-the-day experiences are provided for all attendees. Your portfolio will include up to 10 events that have varied formats and are a mix of digital and live venue based events.

**What will you be doing as a Senior Conference Producer?**
- Producing high quality conference agendas that reflect member insights and your own research
- Conducting in-depth research calls with senior industry decision makers
- Ensure interactive and innovative session formats are provided
- Identify and secure keynotes and speakers
- Meeting events deadlines
- Managing all speakers and partners pre-event, on-site and post event.
- Create an ultimate member experience on the day through innovative bespoke event agendas
- Host the event on the day and be the “face” of the event
- Be the lead project manager for each event

**Your background**
- Educated to degree / masters level
- Experienced in conference production with specific experience producing in-person / venue based event production.
- Large scale event experience advantageous
- Experience in growing events sessions and formats helpful
- A multitasker with excellent organisation and time management skills
- Enthusiastic and a highly motivated individual
- Agile and flexible
- Confident communicator
- Creative and solutions focused
- Detail oriented
- A Project Manager with a track record of individual and team success
