**Senior Conference Producer - Flagship UK Festival**

**West London office - Hybrid working**

**Base salary up to £38,000 + Bonus + Benefits**

Our client is a successful established global publishing company that produces industry leading b2b conferences, exhibitions and digital events.

We’re recruiting a Senior Conference Producer to join one of their established teams that work with high profile organisations to produce industry leading b2b conferences and events.

The Senior Conference Producer will be responsible for the development of an established portfolio of UK based events that includes a large scale B2B Festival, conferences, briefings and virtual events. This is a varied event portfolio offering lots of scopefor creativity and requires exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. You will benefit from easy access to excellent data and contacts to enable you to create industry leading agenda’s. This is a great opportunity for an experienced conferenceproducer to move into a 'content first’ team and develop their client relationship building skills and research experience.

Main responsibilities:

- Working with an industry leading client to produce and develop their portfolio of UK based conferences and events. Including a flagship festival.
- Deliver high-quality desk research and telephone/video interviews
- Work with the client to develop exceptional content and speaker list
- Produce industry leading and content rich agendas
- Work in partnership with external stakeholders to identify key objectives and the direction for each of the events
- Create new formats and event development opportunities
- Lead the event project team and support colleagues in operations, marketing, brand editorial, sponsorship, and delegate sales to ensure the events meet objectives

**Your experience and skills**:

- B2B event production experience is essential
- Excellent research, analytical and communication skills
- Experience working with multiple internal/external stakeholders
- Can demonstrate ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and successfully on independent projects
- Ability to multi-task on numerous projects, whilst remaining calm and organized
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills and strong copywriting ability
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
- Creative and innovative

Offering a hybrid working model where full time employees can expect to spend 3 days of their week in the office and the other 2 working from home.
