Our client is a successful established global media company that produces 50+ industry leading b2b and b2c brands. They connect international industries and communities through digital, print, events, awards, conferences, and exhibitions.

We are recruiting a Senior Conference Producer to join one of their high profile and established teams that work with organisations to produce industry leading b2b events that offer exceptional content and speakers.

The Senior Conference Producer will be responsible for the development of an established portfolio of 6 events that include large-scale conferences, breakfast briefings and virtual events. This is a varied event portfolio offering lots of scope for creativityand autonomy and requires exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. You will benefit from easy access to excellent data and contacts to enable you to create industry-leading agendas. This is a great opportunity for a calm and professionalconference producer to use their initiative, relationship building skills and research experience.

This role will suit an experienced commercial conference producer who can effectively manage multiple clients and internal & external stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is curious, passionate about production and wants to elevate their skill level within a global media company.

Main responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality desk research and telephone/video interviews
- Identify hot topics, high-profile organisations, and exceptional speakers
- Produce industry leading agendas
- Work in partnership with external stakeholders to identify key objectives and the direction for each of the events
- Create new formats and event development opportunities
- Lead the event project team and support colleagues in operations, marketing, brand editorial, sponsorship, and delegate sales to ensure the events meet objectives

**Your experience and skills**:

- Excellent research, analytical and communication skills
- Experience working with internal/external stakeholders (and managing their expectations)
- Can demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and successfully on independent projects
- Ability to multi-task on numerous projects, whilst remaining calm and organized
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills and strong copywriting ability
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
- Creative and innovative

Our client offers a hybrid working model where full-time employees spend 3 days of their week in the office and the other 2 working from home.
