**Senior Conference Producer - Global Membership Organisation**

**Fabulous Central London office, Hybrid working 2 days in the office per week**

**Base Salary Up to £45K + Bonus + Benefits**

We are excited to be recruiting a new experienced Conference Producer into our clients’ awards winning global events team. The successful applicant will be integral in assisting with the long-term growth of the business, both events and membership. The eventsare designed to offer curated, premier content, networking and an overall experience that is second to none. Customers, whether speakers, delegates or sponsors come together to discover, learn, celebrate and shape the future together.

Over the past couple of years, this events portfolio has gone from strength to strength, encompassing live in-person events, hybrid formats and a top-performing webinar portfolio. The successful applicant will have the opportunity not only to craft and curatecontent agendas but to be a host, facilitator and brand ambassador.

**The Opportunity**

Key responsibilities for the Senior Conference Producer include:

- Researching the primary and secondary markets for a series of global Forums and Congresses, most of these events are 2-day in length
- Developing creative programmes that will attract a core primary audience and therefore meet the needs of the secondary market
- Identifying and securing speakers at the highest level, requires the ability to have peer-level discussions with C-suite executives
- Meeting a series of production deadlines to ensure the programmes have the required sales lead time to maximise success
- Identifying and quantifying new event ideas and opportunities
- Liaising with editorial, logistics, sponsorship and marketing teams to communicate progress on your events and maximise the opportunities to sell to vendors and delegates
- Providing support to colleagues that are working on a range of formats (webinars, sponsorship-led product, one-day events) to share information and resources
- Identifying opportunities to streamline systems and improve processes within the team, and cooperating with others in such efforts
- Leading the content production of the webinar portfolio with autonomy and mínimal supervision, developing creative sessions.

**Your experience and skills**

The production team is very collaborative, supportive and team focused with a positive 'can-do’ approach. For this Senior Conference Producer position we are looking for:

- A minimum of 18months+ experience researching and producing commercial conference programmes
- Experience launching new events would be advantageous but not essential
- Additional experience working within an association/member-based organisation is an advantage
- Journalism/research experience helpful
- Experience in other aspects of events (operations, sales) is also helpful but not essential
- Strong analytical ability combined with a deeply commercial outlook
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Excellent time management, organisational and problem solving skills.
- A professional, friendly and calm approach to work
