**Job Description**:
**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Proactively contribute to and drive the reporting of various metrics such as reducing the time taken to recruit, cost of hire and improved diversity statistics.
- Line management and supervision of work for talent acquisition coordinators and support in training and developing team members.
- Lead and drive proactive sourcing initiatives including recruitment events and direct sourcing strategies whilst also contributing to the review and development of recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, compliance and fairness.
- Sit on panel interviews up to mid-senior level positions, ensuring good practice, awareness of any bias and good behavioural interviewing techniques.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential requirements**:

- Significant 360 recruitment experience of leading on in-house/agency recruitment campaigns for mid to senior level posts, ideally within an engineering and / or a scientific industry
- Experience of generating ideas and implementing into a strategy to enable delivery
- Experience in taking technical briefs and translating into job descriptions/adverts
- Track record of making improvements to recruitment practices, gaining buy in for these changes and supporting/coaching managers to follow them
