**Role Overview**

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Proactively contribute to and drive reporting of metrics like recruitment timeline reduction, cost of hire reduction, and enhanced diversity statistics.
- Supervise and manage talent acquisition coordinators, providing guidance, training, and fostering team development.
- Lead proactive sourcing efforts, including recruitment events and direct sourcing strategies. Contribute to the enhancement and review of recruitment processes for efficiency, compliance, and fairness.
- Participate in panel interviews for mid to senior level roles, ensuring unbiased, best-practice, behavioural interviewing techniques.

**Qualifications**

**Essential Requirements**
- Extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, managing in-house or agency campaigns for mid to senior-level roles, ideally within engineering or scientific sectors.
- Proven history of generating and implementing strategic ideas for successful execution.
- Proficiency in translating technical briefs into job descriptions and advertisements.
- Demonstrated track record of refining recruitment practices, gaining buy-in, and coaching managers.
