**Role Overview**:

**Thirteen Group** is on the lookout for **Estate Services Operatives (Grounds Maintenance) **to** **join our Estates team on a permanent basis to help us look after over a million square metres of open space across the Tees Valley.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out all aspects of Estate Services work such as: grass cutting, fly tipping removal, jet washing, litter picking, hedge trimming, and spraying/weed killing.
- Operating tools and machinery, such as walk behind and ride on lawnmowers, strimmers and backpack blowers.
- Working within a large, friendly team, youll ensuring that our estates are well maintained and kept to a high standard.

**About You**:

- A team player who takes pride in their work.
- An awareness of the safe use of equipment and vehicle use in a variety of tasks (e.g. such as jet washing, fly tipping removal, hedge trimming, herbicide treatment and grass cutting).
- Comfortable using digital devices or be willing to learn. We use mobile and hand-held devices to allocate jobs and for you to record your completion of work. You dont necessarily need to have experience in a Grounds Maintenance role. If youve got some great transferrable skills and a first-rate work ethic, wed be interested in hearing from you
- If youre looking to progress within the team, youll be supported with a clear development pathway.
