**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with Nichola, our FM Services Manager (Estates Services), and three other Area Leads, youll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of teams with multiple areas of expertise.
- A focus on continuous improvement and value for money; we want estates our customers can be proud of living in
- Based in our offices in Middlesbrough and Billingham, as well as on site with the team to do van checks, estate audits, and being the point of escalation for complaints and feedback.
- An advocate of our Everything Safe health and safety culture.
- Weve received national recognition for employer excellence for our approach towards training, development and career progression, so youll play a key role in continuing the development of the team.

**About You**:

- A confident people manager, who celebrates the positives and can navigate the negatives, providing a constant source of support for your team.
- A working knowledge of health and safety.
- The team is dispersed across the Tees Valley and beyond, so it would be ideal if you had experience of managing remote teams across diverse locations.
- Knowledge of the day-to-day delivery of estate services. Grounds maintenance experience would be a bonus
- Passionate in the delivery of a customer-driven service and always looking for continuous improvement.
