Estate Services Coordinator

Role Overview:
Thirteen Group is on the lookout for an Estate Services Coordinator (Pest Control) tojoin our Estates Services team.
You'll be the main point of contact for everyone who needs help with pest issues, making sure problems are sorted quickly, sensitively and properly keeping homes safe and people supported, including our more vulnerable customers.
This is a roaming role, so you'll work mainly from home and at least one day a week from our fantastic offices at Hudson Quay. We'll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required.

- Work closely with contractors, housing teams and local authorities to get issues fixed fast and tackle any underlying causes.
- Keep accurate records of every case and share regular updates on trends and performance.
- Support vulnerable customers and help with escalated or safeguarding cases.
- Track contractor performance and spot ways we can keep improving the service.
- Attend contractor meetings, take the minutes and make sure actions happen.
- You love delivering great customer service and stay calm in sensitive situations.
- You're organised happy juggling lots of tasks, keeping records spot-on and hitting deadlines.
- You're a strong communicator, both face-to-face and in writing.
- You're confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- You understand safeguarding and know how to support people who need extra help.
- Experience in housing, environmental health or facilities management would be a bonus, but it's not essential.
