We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a **Customer Service Advisor** to join our Wates team You’ll play a key role in leading and supporting our Customer Service team, helping us deliver outstanding service to our residents.

**?? Key Responsibilities**:

- ?? Champion continuous improvement to ensure excellent operational delivery and supply chain management
- ?? Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- ??? Manage complaints effectively, identify trends, and lead service improvements
- ?? Lead a team of planners and administrators to maximise productivity and ensure compliance with company policies
- ?? Support the Contract Lead in delivering a quality, customer-focused, profitable, and safe business

**?? Who We’re Looking For**:
We’re seeking a **Co-ordinator** with experience managing scheduling and/or administrative teams in the maintenance sector. You should have **advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word**.

This role is also ideal for an experienced **Scheduler** ready to take the next step in their career by leading a team.
