Search Consultancy are recruiting for a reputable Financial Services company based in Manor Royal in Crawley who are looking for a number of Customer Service Executives to join them on a permanent basis.
**Details of the role:
In this customer service based role, you will be:

- Giving five star customer service to every caller
- Dealing with a range of general queries through inbound calls
- Discussing existing account details with customers
- Updating the CRM systems
- Ensuring you are providing accurate information
**Phone based experience is an advantage however, it is not a required as any form of customer service based experience will be reviewed. Just the right attitude to succeed and make a career in a growing company is key
