Your New Role
Our sales team is dedicated to driving organic business growth, by generating revenue from new and existing customers and markets. They own and manage all direct sales channels and the bid activity required to serve those channels. They provide deep customer insights back into the Product team, ensuring Survitec deeply understand customer needs.
A great opportunity to join our CRM team and help design, develop and implement our new Salesforce instance across the Marine division. We need to drive efficiency and automation for our Sales processes and ensure our data has integrity to drive greater insight and quality reporting. This role reports to the CRM Effectiveness Manager. You will handle all key administrative functions and day-to-day maintenance of the CRM.
What You Can Expect from the Role
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Manage the day-to-day maintenance of the CRM. This includes: creating new users, data, answering queries from users, amending existing features and functionality and assisting in any new development in response to process improvement or CRM growth
- Create and document guides and best practices for the various internal departments that use the CRM
- Ensure that the procedures related to the CRM are adhered to by both individuals and systems that use it.
- Create rigorous testing procedures whenever a new piece of development has been completed on the CRM
- Ensure that all data is up to date, correct, and standardised on the CRM and any other system which is integrated with it. Manage any process which sends data to the CRM to ensure the quality of data meets the required standard
- Review cases on a regular basis to ensure service level agreements are being met.
- You will work with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for Sales and Sales Operations
- Assist with lead creation

The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have
Essential Criteria
- Educated to degree level
- 1+ years of job-related experience specifically within a CRM environment
- Experienced in SalesForce
