We are seeking an enthusiastic Team Administrator to join the Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Admin Team.

You will be joining a supportive and friendly team.

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team. They should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.
- Support Consultant Psychiatrists, Junior Doctors and wider MDT with administration including clinic letters, medication requests, CPA reports.
- Completion of accurate dictation of clinic outcomes and assessments.
- Accurate minute taking.
- Diary management.
- Liaising with clients and professionals over telephone and electronically.

Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. A small annual fee of £13 per year applies.

New entrants to the NHS will commence on the minimum of the scale stated above.
