**Role**: Stock Administrator/Delivery and Inventory Coordinator

**Shift Pattern**: 6am-2pm & 1pm-9pm (alternating).

**Salary**: up to £30,000

Ador Talent are looking for an experienced **Delivery and Inventory Coordinator** to join a growing business that has been established for over 20 years producing innovative and environmentally sustainable liquid fuels.

Over the past twenty years our client has supplied over two billion litres to the UK market, with nationwide coverage courtesy of supplying the nation’s leading distributors.

The **Delivery and Inventory Coordinator** will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of oil products, overseeing inventory levels, and ensuring that all documentation is accurately maintained. This role plays a critical part in the smooth operation of the site, ensuring that product collections and deliveries are timely and inventory records are precise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Delivery / Collection Coordination**:

- Schedule and book incoming deliveries of oil products, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Liaise with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Monitor delivery schedules and address any discrepancies or delays.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, issuing, and stock level adjustments.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate reordering to maintain optimal inventory.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Scan, file, and manage all delivery and inventory-related paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on deliveries, inventory levels, and discrepancies.
- Ensure that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible for auditing purposes.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the logistics, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure alignment of delivery schedules and inventory needs.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers regarding delivery schedules and inventory queries.
- **Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in all delivery and inventory management activities.
- Report any safety incidents or potential risks related to deliveries or inventory handling.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Experience in inventory management, delivery coordination, or a related field, preferably within the bulk liquid or energy sector (not essential).
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
