- Process a weekly payroll (circa 20 employees)
- Daily reconciliation of our client account (allocating incoming payments, making deductions and paying landlords)
- Process supplier invoices (invoicing our clients and paying the supplier)
- Opening/closing the billing for tenant accounts
- Reconciling systems
- Chasing overdue payments
- General administrative duties
Full training will be provided. The above list is not exhaustive.
**Hours & Salary**
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
A part time, permanent position working out of our brand new office on Allerton Road, L18. You will be required to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday as our client bank account must be reconciled each working day. The working hours can vary depending on the workload/time of month. The minimum working day will be 1 hour, the maximum will be 5 hours, the average is around 3 hours. There may be scope to increase the working hours as the business continues to grow. Our office opens at 9 am but we can offer flexibility on your start time. There may be the potential for you to work from home in the future.
