**Due to continued growth we are recruiting for an experienced Corporate Account Administrator to join our client based in Liverpool City Centre.**

**Working Monday to Friday, 35.75 hours per week (between the hours of 8.45am - 5.00pm)** **with a salary of £25,587 (rising to £27,346 after twelve months employment). Your first 6 months will be office based in Liverpool city centre while you complete full training. After successful completion of your probation period you can be home based for 3 days a week and in the office for 2 days per week.**

**Please note: to be considered for this role you must be able to successfully pass a DBS check.**

**About the role**:

- Investigate and resolve broker and company queries by liaising with managers, colleagues, sales team and external customers as appropriate
- Provide management reports, including membership lists and claims usage reports, as requested
- Ensure company contacts are updated on inhouse system
- Ensure a compliant ‘change of broker’ process
- Assist the Corporate Account Team Leader in the implementation of new bespoke schemes/price points
- Assist the Corporate Account Team Leader in preparing contracts for new corporate customers, TUPE transfers, Terms of Business Agreements for new Broker Groups
- Process bulk renewal force migrations as required
- Import new business manually and/or electronically
- Assist with duplications to ensure SLA’s are met

**To be considered for this role you will be**:

- Able to initiative resolving issues and suggesting improvements to clients and managers
- Able to understand contracts/terms of business agreements and adjust where necessary
- Proven ability to build successful relationships with clients
- Able to exceed targets
- Proficient Excel user
