**Full Time Accounts/Administration Assistant**
IED’s finance director is looking to recruit a full-time accounts/administration assistant to their account team. We are a well-established contractor trading for over 28 years. It is a full-time role 40 hours per week - 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday. The role is 100% office based, our office is situated in Speke, Liverpool and has on-site parking facilities.
Roles and Responsibility
Purchase Invoice processing & filling
Using Sage 50 and construction manager
Procurement of goods and materials
Liaising with clients and supplies
Answering and monitoring supplier queries
Supporting finance team
Processing timesheets and allocating hours to budgets and projects
Working with spreadsheets
Raising sales invoices to clients
Invoice and payment reconciliation
Preparing monthly payment run for suppliers and subcontractors
Ad hoc administration duties
**Requirements**:
Good communicator
Works well within a close-knit team
Flexible and eager to learn
Knowledge of Sage 50
Previously worked on Microsoft word, excel and Outlook
Attention to detail
Previous sales/purchase ledger experience
**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
