CCL (North) is an electronics recycling company based in Irvine, Ayrshire. We are recruiting for a sales administrator to assist our Technical Sales department.

**Required Skills**:

- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
- Good general computer / web skills and familiarity with standard office equipment.
- An effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to confidently report to managers, assist technical staff and support customers.
- Customer service experience and a good telephone manner.
- Excellent organisational skills, good attention to detail, accurate data entry.
- Some experience of computers or electronics would be beneficial but is not required.

The role will involve:

- Supporting the sales team with management / prioritising of tasks and planning of weekly workload.
- Updating a wide range of reports, spreadsheets and databases.
- Generating purchase orders, invoices and other required documents for customers / suppliers.
- Assisting customers with queries and resolving any customer service issues that may arise.
- Helping other departments across the business if required.

**Salary**: From £23,205.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
