**Business Admin Level SVQ Level 5 Apprenticeship**

**Location: Irvine KA12**

**Hours**:8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

We are looking for a highly motivated apprentice to join our busy branch. After full training your role will include:

- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Chasing Debit notes
- Assisting with the finance team in their daily task with invoices/payments
- Data input - invoices
- General administration tasks such as filing / photocopying / managing post
- Producing purchase orders etc
- General administration tasks
- Answering phones to suppliers / customers

**Apprenticeship Training**

As an apprentice you will complete a Business Administration SVQ level 5 qualification with a national Training Provider. Your apprenticeship Training will focus on your job, is completed at the workplace, and you will be allocated a tutor and a study session in your working week

Once you have successfully completed your apprenticeship, and all being well, there will be a full-time role with the company. From there you could progress to other job roles such as external sales, team leader, assistant manager and even Branch Manager.
