We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced **Technical Project Administrator** or** Technical Clerk **to join our Engineering team based in our Irvine HQ

We are looking for someone that has experience of working on engineering projects and have had exposure to document management systems as well as other project related software.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing lots of information using a computer, so strong IT skills are essential.
- Managing Receipt of Drawings and Documents from Designers / Engineers for issue to site Contractors
- Managing Receipt (and Return) of Vendor drawings for comment and approvals to proceed
- Entering Drawings and Documents into Electronic Document Management system. Issuing existing Drawings and Documents for updates from Electronic Document Management system. This would include collation and management of project cost data and also interface with our Finance depart in relation to invoicing and cash management.
- Other tasks would include organising and administering monthly meetings, managing documents, responding to business enquiries, contract admin and providing customer facing service.

**Additional Information**
- Hybrid working after settling-in period - 3 days in office 2 at home.
- We can offer this role on a long term contract basis or full time staff role.
