As part of our team, you'll collaborate with a range of Newsquest's flagship titles, including the Dorset Echo. We're searching for enthusiastic individuals to join us and take on a crucial role in creating customised opportunities for local businesses to increase their visibility and cultivate relationships across the region. If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact and driving growth for businesses in your community, we want you on our team. You will achieve this by creating opportunities for sales via warm and cold calling techniques and effective questioning and customer account management.
This role will benefit from Hybrid working so you will be required to commute to one of our Bournemouth or Weymouth offices a few days a week.

**To succeed in this role, we're seeking individuals who**:

- Are motivated by targets and excel in providing exceptional customer service
- Have experience in sales roles and can demonstrate opening and closing skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in cold calling
- Are goal-driven and determined to succeed
- Ideally possess experience in advertising or digital media sales
- Can travel to meet clients so have a full UK driving licence and own car.
- Will act as brand ambassadors and effective communicators across various platforms
- Collaborate effectively with teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
