The Accounts Admin Assistant (Part-time, 20-25 hours) will support an existing Accounts team of 2. You will be involved in a variety of Accounts and related administrative tasks. Previous Purchase Ledger experience is highly desirable.
NOTE - due to the nature of the work this is a fully office based role.

A very well established, medium sized business based in the W. Byfleet area.
Please note that this is a part time role working 20-25 hours per week. Salary will be dependant on experience.
**Description**
The Accounts Admin Assistant (Part-time, 20-25 hours) role involves:
- Coding & entering invoices and credit notes into the accounts system
- Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details
- Invoicing off orders against purchase orders
- Daily takings reconciliation
- Used funding management
- Bank, petty cash, and credit card reconciliations
- Processing BACS payments and preparing cheques
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Paying off warranty credits in the sales ledger
- Reconciling supplier statements and ensuring invoices paid/received by due dates
- Staff expenses management including reconciliations and payment
- Weekly and monthly stock reports
- Stock take monthly
- Filing
- Provide support to the Accountant and wider team as and when needed
**Profile**
- live locally, as this is a fully office based role
- be looking for 20-25 hours per week
- ideally have previous Purchase ledger / Accounts Assistant background
- basic understanding of bookkeeping
- previous excel experience
**Job Offer**
The Accounts Admin Assistant (Part-time, 20-25 hours) role offers a full time equivalent salary of £19,760 - £24,960 (dependant on experience)
