**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, **08:50 - 15:30** (30-minute lunch break)
**Total Weekly Hours**:31 hours 40 minutes**
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- **Support the class teacher** in delivering engaging and structured lessons in line with the **National Curriculum**.
- Provide **1:1 and small group support**, assisting children with **phonics, literacy, numeracy, and SATs preparation**.
- Foster a **positive and inclusive classroom environment**, encouraging independence and enthusiasm for learning.
- Assist with **classroom organisation, preparation of learning materials, and interactive activities**.
- Support students with **social and emotional development**, promoting positive behaviour and teamwork.
- Help with **daily routines**, including transitions between lessons, playtime supervision, and maintaining a safe and structured learning space.
