Are you passionate about helping students reach their full potential? **Humly** is looking for a **Teaching Assistant** to provide **targeted intervention support** for students preparing for **KS1 and KS2 SATs**. This role is an excellent opportunity to make a **real impact**, helping children build confidence and master key skills in **literacy and numeracy** in a **nurturing and structured** environment.

**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, **08:30 - 15:30** (30-minute lunch break)
**Total Weekly Hours**:35 hours**

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Deliver structured intervention sessions** in **literacy and numeracy** to help students prepare for their **SATs assessments**.
- Work **1:1 and in small groups** to support students in **reading comprehension, maths reasoning, and SPaG (Spelling, Punctuation, and Grammar).**:

- Monitor **student progress**, identifying areas where extra support is needed and adapting interventions accordingly.
- Provide **encouragement and motivation**, helping students develop confidence and exam readiness.
- Collaborate with **teachers and school staff** to ensure intervention strategies align with classroom learning objectives.
- Foster a **calm, focused, and supportive learning environment**, ensuring all students feel comfortable and engaged.
