Early Years Classroom Support Assistant

Are you a **caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant** looking for a rewarding role in **Early Years education**? **Humly** is seeking a dedicated individual to join a **Reception class** in a **primary school**, providing essential support to young learners as they take their first steps in education. **Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, **08:50 - 15:30** (30-minute lunch break)
**Total Weekly Hours**:31 hours 40 minutes**
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- **Support the class teacher** in delivering engaging and play-based learning activities in line with the **EYFS curriculum**.
- Provide **1:1 and small group support**, helping children develop key skills in **early literacy, numeracy, and communication**.
- Foster a **nurturing and inclusive classroom environment**, encouraging curiosity, confidence, and independence.
- Assist with **classroom organisation, preparation of learning materials, and creative play sessions**.
- Support children’s **social and emotional development**, encouraging positive behaviour and interactions.
- Help with **daily routines**, including snack time, outdoor play, and transitions between activities.
