Morgan Hunt are working with a University who are seeking a HR Services Advisor - Support Desk to join them on a 3 month basis. You will be supporting HR team to deliver high level service to all employees..
**Main Duties**:
As a HR Services Advisor - Support Desk you will be responsible for the below:
- First point of contact for related queries and issues as well as escalating matter to relevant department when needed.
- Ensuring top tier service is being delivered within agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Recording confidential information on to the CRM system and keep information updated.
- Liaising with other department to identify any gaps to ensure HR services are running smoothly as well as creating relationships with external stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
As a HR Services Advisor - Support Desk you must have the below:
- Proven experience of working in a service desk or help desk role.
- Previous experience of working on a HR system.
- Knowledge of working within the education sector.
- Strong IT skills e.g Microsoft.
