HR Advisor required for immediate start for an OFFICE BASED role in London.
Knowledge of complex ER cases is essential for this role.
**Client Details**
The client is a leading Entertainment company operating across the UK, based in the West End of London.
**Description**
As HR Advisor for this leading UK Entertainment company, experience of dealing with complex ER cases is essential. The role is 70% employee relations and the rest is made up of other HR duties such as recruitment, payroll, training & development, HR Metricreporting and ad-hoc HR projects.
Key responsibilities will be as follows:
- Providing advice and support to management and employees in regard to HR Policies, Procedures, and legislation.
- Provide advisory service as first point of contact for HR queries in relation to Absence Management (Long Term and Short Term), Conduct and/or Capability, Grievance matters, Organisational Change Management, Performance Management as well as the full rangeof employment and employee relation matters.
- Lead on the management of Employee Relations casework across the full employee life cycle. This includes making recommendations, giving advice and support to Managers, risk management whilst liaising with external Employment Law Advisors.
- Managing and co-ordinating Investigatory Meetings, Disciplinary Hearings, Appeal Hearings, Health Management Meetings in collaboration with Line Managers across the Company.
- Direct the HR Assistant with any Working Parents such as Maternity, Paternity and Parental leave complex queries and reviewing Risk assessments
**Profile**
The successful HR Advisor will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Working in a HR generalist environment with at least 3 years proven experience within a HR Advisory role working across Head Office functions and a multi-site business.
- CIPD qualified to graduate level or working towards this
- Experience in managing multiple and complex ER cases end to end
- Experienced in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Experience in Change Management i.e. structural changes, TUPE, consultations and redundancies would be advantageous.
