HR Advisor required for a 12 month fixed term maternity contract for a Global Architectural Firm based in London.
This is an OFFICE BASED ROLE.
**Client Details**
You will be working for a Global Architectural Firm based in London - Office Based.
**Description**
The key responsibilities of the HR Advisor for this Global Architectural Firm based in London - Office Based will be as follows:
- First point of contact for all general HR enquiries
- On-boarding and arranging inductions for all new starters
- Arranging and conducting exit interviews for leavers
- Support the Head of HR where required in projects and business initiatives to enhance the employee experience
- Support the Head of HR in the Profit Share process
- Conducting 6 week catch ups, probation meetings and annual appraisals
- Collating and inputting accurate monthly payroll information
- Updating HR policies and procedures as necessary
**Profile**
The successful HR Advisor will possess the following skills and attributes:
- A minimum of two years experience working within HR
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, innovative, resourceful and self-motivated
- Organised and methodical, with an emphasis on efficient time management
- Ability to multi-task
- Approachable, helpful and thrives in a supporting role
- Undergraduate degree or CIPD Level 5
**Job Offer**
