**Job Overview**
We are looking for a fabulous HR/ER Advisor to support us deliver high quality and pragmatic HR advice and support to our hospitality clients.

The role will be on a freelance, part-time basis but there may be scope to join us on a PAYE basis in the future.

We need someone who can seamlessly fit into the Surety team, who is proactive and loves a good HR challenge We are looking for someone who is happy to visit our amazing clients onsite in London 2 - 3 times a week (depending on what's going on)

**What we need -**
- Hospitality experience in HR/ER is non-negotiable - working in high end establishments is a bonus
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures
- Good knowledge around rotas, hours, and payroll submission plus associated knowledge around sickness, holiday accruals etc
- Amazing attention to detail - non negotiable
- Great communication skills - non negotiable
- Good knowledge of Excel - non negotiable
- Looking to join a fun and friendly team of HR professionals - non negotiable

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: £170.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years (required)
- HR Advisory: 1 year (required)
