We have a brand new opportunity that could be perfect for you We are looking for a Handover Specialist to join our business at **Toyota York**. This opportunity is suited for a person who wants to provide an amazing customer experience, whilst working with one of the worlds most prestigious brands. As one of the leading Toyota Centres in the UK we are passionate about ensuring our customers are always put first every day, everywhere.

**This is a full time role, working an average 5 day week between 8:30 - 18:00 with every other Saturday off.**

**About the Role;**

Provide a tailored handover experience for each customer, ensuring customers have had a full introduction to all specifications available within their vehicle. Ensuring that we provide the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times, giving the customer the best possible experience by working together as a strong team. Provides accurate information at all times for all customers including timely and accurate communications leading up to their vehicle delivery. Ensures that you maintain a continual dialogue with the customer thats appropriate to them and in the manner / mechanism that suits them, ensuring a personal service at all times with every customer receiving a personalised follow up. Be determined to succeed whilst possessing strong communication skills with the ability to adapt each customer. Be highly motivated and have the ability to work well under pressure and most importantly, have the drive to exceed in every task you encounter.

**Our Ideal Handover Specialist**:

- Good level of general education At least GCSE English and Maths
- IT skills, (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Previous work experience within a corporate environment, hospitality and/or customer service experience
- You must hold a full clean UK Driving licence
