Job Opportunity: Vehicle Sales ExecutiveHours of work:Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm, Saturdays 8.30am – 5pm with one hour lunch break and a day off in the week. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be the face of the dealership – guiding customers through their vehicle purchase journey from first contact to handover.You’ll focus on delivering a personal and professional experience that builds lasting relationships and drives long-term customer loyalty.Key Responsibilities:Engage with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phoneUnderstand customer needs and present suitable new and used vehicle optionsArrange and accompany customers on test drivesBuild trust through honest product knowledge and finance advicePrepare quotes, complete paperwork, and ensure full FCA complianceWork toward individual and team targetsDeliver outstanding customer service from enquiry to aftersales follow-upMaintain accurate CRM records and customer notesSupport vehicle handovers, helping ensure a smooth and exciting experience for the customerWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in vehicle sales or a customer-facing retail role is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive, target-driven attitudeConfidence in using CRM systems and basic office toolsFull UK driving licence – Held for a minimum of 2 years.Inclusion & EqualityDrive Motor Retail is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
