The OPRA Group has a great opportunity for a National Accounts Administrator to join a forward-thinking, growing team.

You will be working within their National Accounts Team, reporting to the National Account Director.

You will be responsible for working alongside leading retailers, including Boots, Tesco, Superdrug, Sainsbury’s, and Amazon where you will take an entrepreneurial approach and own multiple analytical processes across the business.

This is a Permanent - Full-Time position, (4 days in the office and 1 day from home).

**Role Duties**:

- Analysing incoming data to support and enable the National Accounts Team to make informed strategic decisions.
- Assisting the National Accounts team with new product set-up.
- Assisting with promotional activity set-up and evaluation.
- Supporting with Retailer project administration.
- Arranging product sampling for our retailers.
- Managing the reconciliation and recording of invoices linked to promotional activity.

**National Accounts Administrator - Essential Skills & Experience Required**:

- National accounts supplier/admin experience or retail supplier/admin experience. If you have both, that would be great
- Experience working in either a major UK retailer head office or as a branded supplier to retail chains would be preferable/beneficial.
- Worked with EPOS data.
- Need to be very numerate as this role is very number based.
- Outstanding Excel skills to analyse data and Microsoft Office literate.
- An analytical approach and the ability to use data to make decisions.

**National Accounts Administrator - Key Requirements**:

- Retail or Retail Supplier experience
- National Account Administration experience
- Must have good numeracy skills.
