**Sales Account Executive
- Telemarketer**

VPss is working alongside a large national company to find an experience Sales Account Executive that has a successful track record in sales. The ideal Sales Account Executive will be driven, energetic and have a great negotiation skills. This opportunitywould be perfect for someone who is keen to progress their sales career or looking at establishing a career in sales.

**All role**
- Salary **£23K-25K +commission**:

- Telematics industry experience required.
- **37-hour week** (8.30 to 4.45pm Mon - Thurs and 4.15pmFri)
- 25 days holiday
- 7.5% matched pension
- Office based

**Main Responsibilities**
- Using targeted segment data provided to you, follow a specialised lead sequence, including qualification and connection with prospects via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, targeted messaging and telephone calls in order to identify sales opportunities
- Understand and meet monthly targets
- Proactively follow up leads generated from canvassing by the sales team
- Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the CRM system
- Manage the CRM database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
- Work closely with the Sales Managers to achieve lead generation objectives
- Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas

**Key Skills and Attributes**
- Industry experience preferable (Telematics plus Passenger Transport and Bus and Coach is ideal)
- Results orientated, resourceful, enthusiastic and diligent
- Understanding of sales and marketing activities
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system is essential
- Experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent influencing skills
- Ability to take personal responsibility for own performance
- Team-working ability
