**Telemarketing Executive - Part time**
**12 Hours Per week**

**Home based**
**£15.00 per Hour**
Our client an established leader is experiencing exceptional growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced part time Telemarketing Executive to join their team.

**Telemarketing Executive Requirements**
- Successful previous experience as a Telemarketing Executive, business development exec or sales account manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Proven ability to implement and drive the sales process from plan to close,
- Strong commercial/business sense,
- New business development experience is a must,
- A proven track record in closing sales and achieving targets,
- Process and target driven,
- Team player - working in co-operation with colleagues,
- Excellent written and oral skills,
- IT Skills - Microsoft / Outlook etc,

**Telemarketing Executive Responsibilities**
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the company.
- Telemarketing-Lead generation, booking appointments for BDMs
- Achieve growth and sales targets set by the company
- Identify market shifts while being fully aware of new products, technologies and competition status
- Analyse sales performance and develop plans to meet and exceed targets
- Utilising data on the CRM to target decision makers and subsequently prospecting
- Outbound calls to new potential customers within the area, focusing on the education sector, facilities management firms and care homes
- Ongoing account management and cross selling any additional products
- Consultatively selling and ensuring you’re maximising all opportunities
