Internal Sales Executive

Remote Based

£25,000 to Basic Salary Plus OTE £5-10k + Excellent career progression

Our client an established software leader is experiencing exceptional growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join their team. The role will involve 50% sales and 50% admin.

**Requirements**:

- Successful previous experience as a sales account manager, telemarketing or telesales executive, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Proven ability to implement and drive the sales process from plan to close,
- Strong commercial/business sense,
- New business development experience is a must,
- A proven track record in closing sales and achieving targets,
- Process and target driven,
- Team player - working in co-operation with colleagues,
- Excellent written and oral skills,
- IT Skills - Microsoft / Outlook etc,

**Responsibilities**
- Outbound sales calls to establish and develop prospective customers in order generate new business for the company.
- Achieve growth and sales targets set by the company
- Identify market shifts while being fully aware of new products, technologies and competition status
- Analyse sales performance and develop plans to meet and exceed targets
- Utilising data on the CRM to target decision makers and subsequently prospecting
- Cross selling any additional products
- Consultatively selling and ensuring you’re maximising all opportunities
