This new initiative is vital to our strategic growth, focusing on expanding our offering beyond the jewellery industry.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid Internal Sales Executive role based in Birmingham with the flexibility for some remote work. The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting the sale of our Industrial Products and Services, Commercial Support Area, which incorporates industrial, dental, and additive manufactured products by:- Providing administrative support to the Business Development Managers (BDM) - Producing accurate customer quotations for manufactured and bought-in products - Taking customer calls - Order processing and order tracking - Corresponding with customers and providing order updates - Support in maintaining quality management systems - Liaising with other team members, departments, and senior leadersWhat youll need to bring- Experience in an administration role - Some understanding of basic engineering terminology and application - Able to work confidently on Excel, using simple formulas - Strong written, communication, and mathematical skills - Work well as part of a team and be prepared to get involved in a multi-skilled environment - Customer sales background with quoting and knowledge of precious metal pricing would be an advantage - Interest in additive manufacturing and applied engineering would be an advantageBenefits- Up to 34 days paid leave per year - A generous Pension Scheme, employee contributions are matched by the company up to 8% - Life Assurance up to x4 salary - BIG discounts on company productseverything from precious metal to tools - Eyecare VouchersOther organisations may call this role Inside Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, BDE, Sales Executive, Sales Account Manager, or B2B Sales Executive.So, if youd like to join us as an Internal Sales Executive, please apply via the button shown.
