Job Description

Internal Sales Executive / Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Support to join a global, leading HVAC manufacturer.

The Internal Sales Executive / Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Support is responsible for offering customer support, quote generation, processing sales orders, managing stock, dealing with client enquiries for a range of HVAC products including Air Handling Units (AHUs), fans, heat recovery systems, grilles, diffusers, ducting, wider ventilation equipment.

This Internal Sales Executive / Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Support must be able to display a background within the HVAC/ventilation industry. Candidates are required to commute to the office in Birmingham.

Internal Sales Executive / Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Support Role:

  • Provide customer support for a range of HVAC products including Air Handling Units (AHUs), fans, heat recovery systems, grilles, diffusers, ducting, wider ventilation equipment
  • Support clients with technical advice and product selection
  • Generate and provide quotations using CRM software for ventilation and HVAC products
  • Work closely with wider in-house sales team to ensure sufficient assistance with ongoing projects
  • Liaise with various engineering departments
  • Able to travel to the office in Birmingham

Internal Sales Executive / Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Support Requirements:

  • Experience as an Internal Sales Executive, Internal Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Support, Engineering Administrator, Sales Executive, Technical Advisor, or similar customer service position from within HVAC/ventilation industry
  • Previous experience in order processing, quotations, and customer liaison
  • Technical understanding of ventilation and/or HVAC systems
  • Handled order processing from start to finish, including invoicing and confirmation checks
  • Able to travel to the office in Birmingham
